How do I submit my application for Jitjatjo?

Apply today!

The entire application process starts and ends on your mobile. Be sure to be in a comfortable spot with good reception and expect to take about 20 minutes to complete your application.

The first step is to download the Flex by Jitjatjo app once you've finished reading this article.

After you download the app, you will definitely want to complete the entire application in one sitting - this way, you can get to work as soon as possible. You must have a Smartphone (Android 5 or greater, iPhone 5 or greater) with an active data plan to access the Flex app and to work with us.

Once you get started, it’s your job to simply follow the instructions prompted on each screen and continue moving through the application. If at any time you need help, simply tap the Live Chat icon on the top right corner to connect with our team.

Steps

To apply to join Jitjatjo, complete the following steps:

  1. Download the Flex by Jitjatjo app

  2. Create your profile

  3. Add your skills/experience and select roles that interest you

  4. Complete Assessments to better understand strengths in these roles

  5. Schedule your Zoom interview - do not miss this timeslot!

  6. Provide Professional references

  7. Right to Work Checks - only if you’ve been hired

  8. Set preferences, availability, and payment options

Once you complete the application and are hired, you’ll have access to so many exciting gigs– giving you the most flexibility and greatest opportunities to earn more.

Qualifications

You can apply for multiple positions. For each position you select you are required to have:

  1. At least six months of relevant experience in the skill you've applied for.

  2. At least one reference with contactable information.

  3. Any certifications required for the selected position (eg. RSA for positions associated with alcohol being served).

Eligibility

  • Applicants must be authorised to work in Australia and be at least 18 years of age at the time of application.

  • A background check is conducted after you accept our offer for employment.

  • A smartphone (Android 5 or greater, iPhone 5 or greater) with an active data plan is required to use Jitjatjo.

Pay

The Hourly Pay Rates are determined by the individual skill under the relevant Award, and we pay any required penalty rates where applicable. For more information, you can visit Fair Work here.
