Our clients require specific skills relevant to the role you're applying for, which is why you need to be equipped with at least six months of relevant experience in order to jump into gigs successfully.
Completing Your Experience and Assessments:
To complete the ‘Experience’ section of your application on the Flex app, you will need to provide us with your past work history and the type of responsibilities you had in each role.
Your experience is determined not only by the information you provide but also by how well you do on the ‘Assessments’, included in this section of the application process. These Assessments ask 10 questions that pertain to the role you’ve selected and give us a better understanding of your skills and abilities.
By successfully completing these ‘Assessments’ and providing references for your past employers, our platform can better understand what type of gigs are a perfect match for you.
